Meetings are held on the 4th Wednesday of each month at 7:00 p.m., if there is an agenda present.
All Plan Commission agenda items must be received 14 or more days prior to the meeting date.
How to get something on the Plan Commission Agenda:
1) Fill out the Plan Commission Application below.
2) Submit it, along with the proper fees, to the Town Hall.
3) Submissions must be made 14 or more days prior to the Plan Commission meeting date.
*Anything received after that will be placed on the next months agenda.
Recommendation: First contact the Jefferson County Zoning Office to check feasibility of the request.
