Meetings are held on the 4th Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m., if there is an agenda present. 
(Subject to change at the Town’s discretion)

All Plan Commission agenda items must be submitted by 12:00PM on 1^st day of the month  prior to the next Plan Commission meeting.
(This deadline date does not apply to Plat submittals - see application/form for details)

How to get something on the Plan Commission Agenda:

1) Fill out the Plan Commission Application below.

2) Submit it, along with the proper fees, to the Town Hall.

3) SUBMISSION DEADLINE:
12:00PM on 1st day of the month prior to the next Plan Commission meeting.

You must supply the Plan Commission with the required information corresponding to your application.
*Anything received after that will be placed on the next months agenda.

Recommendation: First contact the Jefferson County Zoning Office to check feasibility of the request.
